* Unusual coughing without symptoms of a cold or flu.
* An unusual lack of energy, fatigue and weariness.
* A feeling of nauseousness, along with fever and occasional vomiting.
* Frequent headaches are common.
* Constipation or diarrhea may occur more often, along with changes in everyday bowel habits.
* Unexpected weight loss and lack of interest in food are typical signs of liver trouble.
* Muscular pain and joint pain.
* Runny nose and sore throat.
Those who have liver problems often notice an increased sensitivity to bright lights and certain smells. Some smells may seem very intense or even offensive.
Liver trouble symptoms that appear when liver damage has reached a later stage might include darker-than-usual urine and lighter than usual stools..
People with liver trouble sometimes suffer hemochromatosis, which is a disorder that causes extra iron to accumulate in the liver. Liver trouble symptoms caused by hemochromatosis include
* elevated blood sugar levels,
* reduced energy levels and a lot of fatigue,
* impotence in men, lower sex drive in women,
* women may also experience reduced menstruation,
* liver function tests that return abnormal results,
* hypothyroidism, or low thyroid,
* abdominal pain,
* arthritis pain that especially strikes the fingers and hands.
Signs of liver trouble should not be disregarded nor taken lightly. Your liver performs dozens of metabolic functions that control how well your body operates, how you feel, and your general state of health. Once liver function ends, there’s only one way to survive: a liver transplant.
Be sure to visit your doctor if you begin to have pain in the liver area of experience any other the other liver trouble symptoms mentioned above. As with any condition that threatens your health, your chances of a successful outcome for your liver trouble secreases as more time goes by.
